MyShopStreet is an online marketplace where independent sellers list items and buyers purchase them. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, buy, sell or contact us.

Account details: name, email address, shop name, handle, profile photo and city you choose to share.

Order details: items purchased or sold, delivery address, phone number (if provided), shipping and tracking information, and in-person handoff records.

Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information such as payment status and the last digits of a card; we do not store full card numbers.

Seller payout details: identity and bank information you submit during payout registration is collected and held by Stripe.

Content you create: listings, photos, videos, reels, reviews, offers and messages.

Technical information: device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and to keep the site working.

To run the marketplace: create accounts, publish listings, process orders, calculate fees, hold and release seller proceeds, and arrange shipping labels.

To communicate: order receipts, shipping updates, offers, messages and account notices.

To keep the street safe: prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

To improve the service, including optional helper features that suggest listing text or prices from information you provide.

The other party to an order: sellers receive the buyer's name and delivery address needed to fulfil it; buyers see the seller's shop details.

Service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), shipping labels and tracking (Shippo and carriers), hosting, email delivery and AI processing for optional helper features. They may use information only to provide their services to us.

Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and MyShopStreet.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your Bag and saved items, and record referral links for up to 30 days. You can clear these in your browser settings; some features may stop working.

We keep account information while your account is open. Order, payment and tax records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Messages and listings may be kept for a period after deletion to handle disputes and safety reports.

You can view and update your profile and shop details at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in them. Order and account notices are required to use the service.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted payment providers to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

MyShopStreet is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. When we make significant changes we will post the new version here with an updated date.
