Poshmark takes a flat 20%. The platforms kept inventing new ways to take, and sellers kept paying because where else were they going to go?

So I built the alternative. One flat 10% — you keep 90% of every sale. Zero listing fees. No ad-fee ambushes, no reserves held hostage. The fee fits in one sentence, and that's the point.

MyShopStreet is a lantern-lit street of independent shops, not a faceless platform. Every shop is someone's actual livelihood — vintage curators, makers, people who hunted down the thing you're looking at. Follow the lanterns from shop to shop, see the stories behind the pieces, and buy what you love. The people who made it or found it keep almost all of what you pay. Choose courier delivery or a local handoff where the seller offers it.

MyShopStreet is operated by The House of Juarez LLC. Sellers create and fulfill their own listings; we provide the street, payment coordination and order support. Buyer payments are held until delivery and release — on buyer confirmation, after the carrier delivery scan on the seller's tier clock (New 7 days, Trusted 3 days, Power 24 hours), or 10 days after shipment for untracked orders with no dispute.
